Scheduled Maintenance

Infrastructure Maintenance - AU5 Aug 4, 2025 21:00-22:00 AEST

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the AU5 infrastructure services. During this time, there will be a brief downtime of approximately 5–10 minutes between 9:00 PM and 9:20 PM AEST.

Users operating during the maintenance window are not required to take any specific action, as services will resume automatically.

This maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our services.

If you experience issues during the maintenance window, please do not log tickets. Scheduled - We will be performing a scheduled maintenance activity in accordance with Microsoft’s announcement regarding the retirement of Basic SKU Public IP addresses. For more details, please refer to the official update:

During this window, active calls may be disconnected when the change is initiated between 11:00 PM and 11:10 PM. An additional downtime of up to 3 minutes may occur between 11:10 PM and 11:45 PM.

This change is performed on the connectivity service between the IPscape application and our telco providers over the private network. As per the design, a failover to the public internet will occur automatically. Therefore, we do not anticipate any call failures between 11:15 PM and 11:45 PM.

Users operating during the maintenance window are not required to perform any specific action, as services will resume automatically.
