We will be performing scheduled maintenance during this period to deploy security patch updates on the AU5 environment, following Microsoft’s recommendations.

These patches are essential to address critical vulnerabilities and ensure all available patches are up to date.

If there are any active web sessions between 9 PM and 10 PM, users will need to refresh their sessions by logging back into the system. Active voice calls will not be terminated.

In the event of a rollback, customers will be notified in advance via the status page.

If you experience issues during the maintenance window, please refrain from logging tickets. However, if you encounter any issues outside of these hours, please contact the IPscape support team by submitting a ticket via our portal here or by calling the Service Desk at 1300 477 227, option 2
