We will be performing a scheduled maintenance activity in accordance with Microsoft’s announcement regarding the retirement of Basic SKU Public IP addresses. For more details, please refer to the official update:

During this window, active calls may be disconnected when the change is initiated between 11:00 PM and 11:10 PM. An additional downtime of up to 3 minutes may occur between 11:10 PM and 11:45 PM.

This change is performed on the connectivity service between the IPscape application and our telco providers over the private network. As per the design, a failover to the public internet will occur automatically. Therefore, we do not anticipate any call failures between 11:15 PM and 11:45 PM.

Users operating during the maintenance window are not required to perform any specific action, as services will resume automatically.

If you experience issues during the maintenance window, please do not log tickets. However, if you experience any issues outside of these hours, please get in touch with the ipSCAPE support team by submitting a ticket via our portal at https://ipscape.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5 or contact the Service Desk at #1300 477 227, option 2.
