We will be performing maintenance activity on the AU7 environment to upgrade the application version to 8.30.

There is no planned downtime expected during the implementation window.

In the event of a rollback, downtime is expected and customers will be notified prior to the rollback via the status page.

If you receive the notification from ipSCAPE for the upgrade after the release is deployed, please click OK or refresh your browser.

If you do experience issues during the window, please do not log tickets, however if you experience any issues outside of these hours, please get in touch with ipSCAPE support team by submitting a ticket via our portal https://ipscape.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5 or contact Service Desk at #1300 477 227 option 2.
