We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the AU5 infrastructure services. During this time, there will be a brief downtime of approximately 5–10 minutes between 9:00 PM and 9:20 PM AEST.

Users operating during the maintenance window are not required to take any specific action, as services will resume automatically.

This maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our services.

If you experience issues during the maintenance window, please do not log tickets. However, if you encounter any issues outside of these hours, please contact the ipSCAPE support team by submitting a ticket via our portal at https://ipscape.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5 or by calling the Service Desk at 1300 477 227, option 2.
